timken style bearings are a two piece bearing the seal is holding in the center part that the shaft runs thru. the outer race in press fit in the spindle housing from each side usually against a lip to set the depth. those will have to be pushed out, usualy a punch from the opposite side will do it. here is a pic of a timken.
