I live close to J-Mech here in east central Illinois. There seems to be an abundance of Cubs in this area. Just last week I went out to look at a 682 and 782 that I bought. Found an original,100,1450, and 1650. This past weekend I found another 682,1250,149 and 1811. All but the 149 are for sale.
Seems I just stumble across Cubs every week!
I think there was a very strong IH dealer presence in this area. I'm sure that's why some areas are still very Cub "fertile".
