I have not tried to engage pto yet cause its in the bed of my truck and it don't exactly fit so I cant let that engage the mower deck.... so can any one help me out with pictures of how the brake/clutch pedal is? and explain how to hook it up please... and pictures of the drive shaft hooked to the transmission... im pretty sure the side that hooks to engine is simple. im a good mechanic to vehicles but im dumb founded to this lawn mower... i got it for free and was already torn apart... im piecing it back together

please help me. my first cub and im stuck, I usualy work on vehicles.. I got this cub cadet 1641 for free... my problem is the brake pedal.. isn't it a clutch pedal also? mine is only hooked to the brake nothing else... what am I missing? take pictures.. help me out please.. also .... right now the drive shaft is bad im waiting on my replacement but it will not come out of neautral wether its running or not.. is that normal? I have not tried to engage pto cause its in the bed of my truck right now and the deck don't exactly fit haha. please help me out.. answer some questions. I really need the help.... I don't understand how it works..... it has the v-twin engine. im trying to compare it to a vehicle... so when I press the brake/clutch that should stop the driveshaft from moving also? other wise if its moving trying to spin the transmission and rear end and im trying to stop it while its in gear then the engine would die just like in a car correct? please pictures.. help me out. im so confused. this makes no since to me.
OK you had the same post up in 2 areas so I combined them and deleted the other one. This is where the 1641 belongs.
