Getting that 125 up in the air will help. Your going to be doing some serious work on the front end to get the new narrow front end mounted. I will be watching.
I know its a lot of work but are you considering and clean up and paint for the 125? Dash tower looks to be in pretty good shape.
(My open utility trailer project fell through, leaves me more time to work on tractors I guess  )
