Ok thanks. I was easily able to turn the front pulley setscrew holes to align with the basket holes and I have been squirting PB Blaster in them. I turn them a bit the next day and spray again. I am wondering why the front pulley turns fairly easily with the pto clutch engaged. The belt is off and push button is not touching the wear button at all. It appears the wear button is not popping out to disengage. I have to search the forums to find out how the clutch actually works. The 3 front screws are tight so I assume the nuts are on behind it. Could be wrong though, it could be a rusty mess in there. Can you take the clutch pulley off by just removing the grill or is more disassembly required? Thanks, Cal
