I GOT IT!!!!!



I put the locking nut back on the shaft, upside down and tightened it down to where it was smooth with the top of the shaft. Took a !/2 inch drive socket and put it upside down on top of the nut so I gained as much surface area as possible. Drove 3 chisels under the pulley and on top of the bolts holding the thing to the deck. Sprayed it with PB Blaster, smoked a cigarette.... started tapping the socket and low and behold the thing started moving!! Finished up with a smallish crow bar alternating bolts and tapping. Easy peezy



I'm off to ebay to get a new pulley!!
