In the closer pic he posted, it doesn't look like the hole is positioned right to be for a grease zerk.
Although the chain drive deck is interesting, I'm also curious about the hardware just past the gear in the pic directly above. Then again, I'm not that familiar with O's (alright guys, lets leave the jokes at the door here)
Edit: I figured out what it is!! It's got rust and dirt everywhere, but one perfect rim that is impervious to rust!!
