If you are talking about people who infiltrate intelligence, then there are certain methods that are used by our gov. or you can use the mafia. If you are talking about the rodents, then my dad used to place a chair in the yard and sit and wait with a spade shovel. Sometimes he would wait by the hour, but what the heck--he had nothing else to do. We called it the "mole patrol". It was a very effective technique because he got 100% of them, just not very efficient.
