Good math, but allow me to correct for an 01 Chevy 1/2 ton with a 5.3l V8
8hrs @ 60mph = 480 mi Divide by
13mpg (maybe a little less with load 
)
Looks like about 37 gal of gas @ $3.40 = $125.xx. Stinking gas guzzler
Point is, if you're going to go for it, go big or go home!!
