Default 70 and 100

Cub brothers.....I really would appreciate your opinions regarding the attached. I found this today only about 25 minutes from me. I have been looking for a 100 just because and he also has a 70. I currently have a 71 and 73 but I have a difficult time passing what appears to be good deals. I spoke with the guy and he's willing to let me have both for $850. The 100 has fenders, reflectors are good and lights that work. He reports that it runs good and doesn't smoke. The 70 has fenders but no lights and also reports that it runs well. He knows the value of things and was very nice about it when he suggested I not come over just to try to get a lower price. He asked $500 for the 100 and $400 for the 70. We all know that fenders alone have been selling for $200+ so this one factor makes it hard to pass on these. What do you think? He also has a new pan seat that he'll let me have for $75 if I buy either one. Thanks.
