Sounds like a linkage problem. If you aren't familiar with CC's they are much faster than most all other machines. 12MPH is about as fast as they go though. Like John said, visit the tech section and download the manual for your machine. It will tell you how to adjust the linkage. You may also have a bad reverse pressure valve.
