I just cleaned out the generator, cleaned the brushes, commutator,etc. Now upon some more testing I am now getting 26.5 volts at the battery but the amp meter still reads zip. I jumped the generator output directly to the battery through an amp meter I had on hand and It read about 15 amps. So maybe my regulator or my wiring harness is screwed up??
