Alright well an update. I ordered a harley davidson 12v dual coil off ebay for $50. Worked like a charm and fired right up. Ran it for a few minutes then went to tighten everything up on the coil since i only hand tightened everything. Wham, the negative post on the coil twists apart by barely turning it with a wrench. So in short the coil was my problem. Now my problem is luck.
