Oh boy, that'd be nice to have around! And don't say you have no use for it; I bet you $10k once you get it, you'd have all kinds of jobs for it! Put in an in-ground swimming pool, trench some cable to an out-building, add a nice pond, bigger driveway, plow driveways for money in the winter, come on; if you don't have things to do with it, you aren't trying hard enough!!
