When I bought my 100 the po had made a sleeve hitch that looked just like yours with one difference. It had 2 arms on both side. I bent it. So I bent it back and put braces in the corners. Works good. I think I would add one piece connecting both sides and welded to the back of where the straps hook to it. Look at one of Jeff in Pa's sleeve hitches and you'll see what i'm talking about ( you probably already do).
