I've not ever seen a napa store that rebuilds power steering pumps..... (which is basically what that lift is.) Actually...... AFAIK, no Napa store rebuilds anything anymore. They can send some things off and get rebuilt, but that is outside of "Napa".
To the OP:
Not many parts out there available for those units anymore. Your pretty much on your own, unfortunately. Find a hydraulic shop, or attempt it yourself is about your only options.
