Couple things; first, the blade is still 54" angled seriously though, I'm not sure how wide it is angled but there is one spot in particular that I go through that is pretty narrow, but with the blade angled, I'm able to "walk" through it. I angle all the way to one side then come at the gate straight on. At the last second, I cut the wheels to allow the farthest out corner of the blade to go through, then cut the wheels the other way to get the other side through. Sounds a little weird to explain, but it works. Second, what 48" blade did you have on your 1650? They only made a 42" and a 54" for that machine
