Well..........if you really want to get it right and accurate, then you will have to pull the deck off. Turn it upside down. Then take a long straight edge and do a lot of measuring from different points. The blades should have washers attached. Remove the blades and place the washers in such a fashion, that all three blades are on the same plane. Look for deck & spindle geometry to see if everything is true. Check for deck warpage. Can be a time consuming procedure.
This is assuming, that there is NO issues with your deck spindles.
