Depends. All injectors are different. I've seen them with thousands of hours before they go bad. I've seen them with 1000 hrs go bad. Lots of variables. I'd say, on that engine 1000 hrs is probably about right. Still, I'd run it until they showed signs of wear. If you want to pull them every 1000 hrs and have them tested, then that's your choice. It will get harder to start, and smoke at idle for a while when it's cold when they get worn out. I'd be willing to bet that if the guys with smokers pulled their injectors and sent them off, they would find that over half of them would fail the test. Injectors often get overlooked as a maintenance item. So, the answer is yes, they do have a maintenance interval. Either the Kubota dealer or an injection shop should be able to tell you about how long in hours they should be good for.
