Since the 582 is a gear drive and not a hydrostat, you will have to get an auxillary hydraulic pump. You should be able to get the hydraulic system off a 782, 1811, or 1711. Probably others. Just get the system from a tractor that someone is parting out. Get a pump from northern tool or wherever. Also going to have a tank. There might be some things I'm missing. I don't think it will be cheap to do this.
EDIT: If you're wanting the hydraulic lift, you're probably wanting the rear lift. You didn't say. You're going to need the sleeve hitch set up, or a cat 0 3 point. From what you're talking about using it for, I don't think you're just talking about the deck lift.
