I would stick to $500 if I was selling one, especially in a area that gets plenty of snow. They don't show up on the market very often, I watch the entire east coast for craigslist ads and they're few and far between. At the same time, they're in high demand, just check the wanted section here. The low supply, high demand and time of year warrant the premium price in my opinion
