Default 1450 rebuild

Pulled the engine from my 1450. It was using some oil and running poorly, hunting, losing power and such. Pulled the head and didn't see anything to alarming. Cylinder wall looked pretty good and not an excessive amount of carbon build up. Isomounts were bad on right side but in pretty good shape on the left. What are points of emphasis to check out on these engines?
