Worked on the seat on and off the last few days. Drilled out the spot welds that hold the bracket. Got the rot replaced with clean steel now and welded up.
Need to weld up one more hole, the one in the last picture bottom right. Sandblast the seat and reattach the holder, little filler and should be good for a few more years.
