Ok, I'm on my own computer now and have the numbers.
Inner bearing is R12
Outer bearing is 1630DC or I think a BR9930 works too.
Seal is a 471643
Your bearing supplier should be able to verify that the OD and ID of the bearings and seals are all the same.
