Your bearing supplier should be able to verify that the OD and ID of the bearings and seals are all the same.

When you list numbers, sometimes a bearing or seal number is specific to a manufacturer. You should list the manufacturer just for certainty. The seal number you gave is a National seal number. But the same seal in SKF is a 7628. The bearing numbers are correct, and not manufacturer specific.
