Oh, I couldn't agree more!! Non running= low ball price.
Sometimes you even get burnt with "running". I bought a tractor site-unseen that ran. Yeah....... ran on one cylinder. Dropped valve seat on the other. I wasn't too upset as the machine was in excellent cosmetic shape. But, now I have to put a motor in it. (Not fixable..... not cheaply anyway, everything's fixable.
