Default Following directions for proper diagnostics

so here's a nice example how following diagnostic procedure locates your problem.

CH25 fouling the right side plug.

step 1 check compression. left side 160 , right side 10

step 2 hook up cyl leak down tester right side holds 20 psi. air can be heard escaping the carb.

step 3 remove the head. remove the intake valve, put it in a drill press and spin it. its bent. inspection of the seat shows the same , its black in one area. not sealing.

I've only posted this as an example of why its important to follow the steps in the order they are given. you are taken to the problem with just a few quick checks. had I not done step 1 and 2 and just taken the head off I'd be on here asking what's wrong with my engine?

time to go make some more horsepower
