OP: as far as what to expect to pay for a cab, expect to pay what you are willing to pay. I picked up a nice cab over the summer for $300, complete and in good shape, just have to keep your eyes open. The only problem with cabs is they don't come up that often around our parts. All that being said, I wouldn't go over $500 for a complete, nice cab. Otherwise, I was willing to top out at about $400.
