Not sure on where the growling is coming fromI'm thinking it's in the pump I've got a filter and some new hydraulic oil to change that in the rear end this weekend I bought a new belt also to put on the snow blower and put that on the right way and see if that works other than that the tractor runs good I did get a gasket set for the carburetor they don't sell a complete set repair kit but I'm going to rebuild what I can in the carburetor see if that helps it run a little better also. Thanks for the responses. One of my local small engine parts stores told me it was unlikely that the steering cylinder is bad. He said he rarely has seen them go bad but I think I trust guys that have owned them more
