You're going to want to bring a jack to get that deck off, it won't be very easy. It looks like it's about buried in weeds. Your best bet is to jack the front of the tractor up high enough to slide the deck out from under it. As far as loading it into the back of the truck...ummm...like you said, better have help
Those decks aren't known for there lightweight construction. Good luck!
