played with her a little more today. let it run for probably 15 minutes. puts out 13.5V at idle and 14.5V full bore. so id say the charging system works. unfortunately i dont have a battery for it, so i ran it with jumper cables from the car. one day ill see if it moves on its own, but no rush.
