Thumbs up New Cub 1806, No creeper gear

Hey all,
New user, East of Pittsburgh, PA. I purchased an 1806 in August of this year. Finding out it's rather rare. I think mine is one of the last built by the serial number. Wondering what happened to the creeper gear as it's missing. I've read that they put them on all the 1806's. Mine does not have this? The previous owner had the clutch replaced. Wonder what else he had done to it? My JD LX-172 transmission went out last July, glad to get this very strong runner. So far, I really like the additional power and weight. Steers and drives very nice. The 18 horse seems to have all the power I'll need, the 50 inch deck is a little much for my needs though. I noticed the plate welded on the gear shifter is also missing. I couldn't figure out why the gears were so sloppy but now I know. After knowing what's missing, it's pretty easy to manipulate around it.
