My one and only 782 had a bent frame when I bought it. The frame would twist whenever I used the lift for the 450 blower. It would flex up to a quarter inch. It made sense if you look at the geometry of the lift mechanism.
I traded the 782 in years ago. Now I wonder if the bolts were loose on the rear end. It had the cast iron version. I ended up coming up with a system with 2 small hydro cylinders to pick up the blower so my newer 1541 would not ended up with a twisted frame.
