update:
Turns out I got sick last weekend, didn't make much progress at all. This week I got the auger with new greasable bearings in, spins great!. I got the chute and drive gear on. I was going to put the new jackshaft bearings in, but I noticed they didn't have a grease hole like the originals. I went back to the bearing place and will have the correct ones in a few days. Once I get those I can finish up work on the housing. The QA mount is essentially ready to go,
