Gentlemen, let's always make sure that we recommend and practice good safety first. We do not want anyone (any of our members/friends/family members, etc.) ever getting hurt.
I get nervous whenever I see those lifts and guys underneath the tractors. I did not see either picture of the tires being chocked or jack stands (as already mentioned). My local shop has built a lift frame with a hoist along with safety chains that they link up once the tractor is in the air for a backup safety measure. Think safety first. I will cut cost some times, but never when safety is considered.
