That heater setup is pretty cool.
What do you mean there is an offset? The input shaft is not long enough to line the pulley up with the tractor pto? Some pics would be helpful. Like Roland said, it was made for an '82 series, there is no "right" pulley for your tractor. Not saying it can't work, just may have to think outside the box. Maybe get a new pulley for a 1/2" belt? I have a 1450, and I use 1/2" belts to run my mower deck and thrower.
