A 14 hp will not "fit" on a 126 without modifications. The flywheel on a 14 hp is larger than the original 12 hp and will not fit between the frame rails.
A 14 will "fit" on 108. The 14 hp in question,, does it have a starter/generator or a gear starter ? If it is a gear starter, a few changes might be in order, mostly concerning wiring and the pto clutch.
