I don't have enough experience with the 450/451 blowers but something looks off with that belt tensioner. I have the same sporadic issue with mine (the couple times I dry ran it
) the belt will hop off the PTO when engaging it. I just pop it back on and I'm good to go but still weird none-the-less. I will be following this thread.
