I'd say you're right. Look at the white colored outline around the edge of the paint.
How many hours is a well maintained Kubota gasser good for? That one shows 1333 hrs. now and that's if the hour meter still works.
Around here I'd say that's kind of high considering the hours and it doesn't have a 60" deck.
