Im guessing on the acreage. I live on 14 acres but much of it is wooded and pasture. I only mow around the house and barn. With the 2165 that I have and the 48" deck, I mow everything in less than 2 hours. I suppose I could be way off on my estimate. Im content with a 48" deck but definitely don't want anything smaller.
