I got as far as I am going to until next weekend. I have to go back to work. I left on 12/22 and started the shed on 12/23.
This is what I have left:
- 1x4 trim at corners and gable ends
paint
gutters
roll-up door
I have a slab I need to pour next to the garage which is the building across from the shed. I'm going to build a lean-to shed there that will house my air compressor and tank. I put conduit in the ground between that slab and the shed in these pictures. I plan on puling power and running compressed air to the shed through these pipes. That's not a necessity at this point.
This is where I left it yesterday:
I tried to get some pictures of the redwoods:
It's hard to get a sense of how tall the trees are because the sun washed out the picture. Not only that these trees have vines on them that hide the trunks. I spent some time yesterday cutting the vines close to the ground. They are embedded in the bark and I don't want them to damage the trees.
Today I finished the siding and cleaned up a little:
I put my box scraper and log splitter in the shed this afternoon. I have some space back in the garage. I'll put the rest of my yard equipment in it once I get the door on it.
