I imagine this is how you can make one. It is sort of a super duty diaper.
- Trap water crystals between two layers of fabric. Stitch in a grid pattern so they don't slide to one side.
- Wet the crystals and put it into a leakproof bag. A freezer zip lock may work.
- Heat.
- Slip that into a padded cover so you don't cook your butt.
As with most half baked ideas there are a few problems to work out.
