Welll, I got it. Got it home and tried to start it. It has a mechanical fuel pump that I don't think works, rusty water in the fuel lines and the freaking injectors were loose.
I put new fuel lines on it, borrowed an electric pump off of another machine and hooked up all the electrical stuff needed....no go. I know you're not supposed to touch the injectors but they were loose so somebody already messed around with them so I pulled them out(fuel was leaking from one) and blew them clean with air(prolly not supposed to do that either) and put them back in tight. I cranked it, cranked it and cranked it...won't start. Cracked open a beer, took a break and loosened the lines on top of the injectors to purge any air out and snugged them back up. Cranked it again and it runs, it runs good with no smoke and has great response on the throttle. BINGO! I then did the snoopy dance!
