So the 1864 will need some new shoes. Looks to have the tires that came with it in 94.

Seems ags and turfs are priced pretty similar. Ive looked around and it appears they are also similar in price.
Through my research, Iv decided that Id love to have set of Tru Powers on the rear and a set of v61's up front. That combination just looks cool!! Sadly this tractor dosnt need to look cool, it needs to serve a purpose. It needs to be a beast of a grass killing machine and it needs to push snow in the winter. My yard is relatively flat with one rolling hill. I do mow one ditch that is fairly steep but its steep enough that I only mow it when its completely dry. I should also mention that in the spring we get lots of rain and I have one small area that holds water and stays relatively soft. Not soft enough for the tractor to leave ruts but soft enough that when I mow it wet, it leaves muddy tracks on the grass. As for pushing snow, my driveway is blacktop and flat with the exception of a very small incline near the street. Its old blacktop that's chipped up and cracked up and I wouldn't hesitate to run chains on it.
Looking for opinions as Ill be ordering new tires once I get her running good. If ags are suggestion, Im going with the combo above. If turfs are suggestion, please give me suggestions. Ive aways purchased the cheap Carlisle turfs at WalMart which are junk in my opinion. Thoughts???
