So here's what I came up with, I cut the old mounts off. Then I locked the rod in the quick attach. Flipped the mounts 180° and moved them to the outside. With the mounts hanging free I raised the plow and carriage to be flush with the bottom of the mounts. They are kind of on a angle to weld flush, but it will mount and fit in either mounting hole. I understand it would be alot stronger with it also bolted to the frame. But for as much use as it will see its perfect for me! Easy on eady off!
