Agree, Kohler is just a name today, but we have to admit getting 134 horsepower and qualify for Tear 4 emission without a DPF in such a small package engine is a hell of a score! My hat down to them!

Speaking of rebranded....GM new Canyon Pickup is powered by a Chinese licensed copy of the VM Motori 2.8L diesel engine I got in my Jeep,(London taxl 1,000,000 capable engine) but GM did well with the Cruze diesel so I'm confident.

Lot of progress have been done in diesel motorization lately and since Canada
sign a free trade with South Korea, some neat little engine may find their way to our market up here for a LEW price :-)
