Chasing wiring problems has been an ongoing issue with my 1863 and now the 1641. Do you make your new harnesses off a diagram or just know what you want to do? My 1641 is a mess of twisted together wires from the PO disabling all the safeties. I'm sure forum rules wouldn't allow you to post the diagram even if you have one or add "rewiring" to your "Cyclops Repairs" in the tech section.
