I just going to say that. I went back out and checked again an they snap over the washer. I wonder if those washer have been replaced and they are the wrong ones? I guess Ill look into it further when I get the wheels off to replace the tires. They may just be a tight fit since they are new. I know the ones on my 2165 fit so loose, I feel like they will fall off while im mowing. They havnt yet but sure fit loose.
