That's cheap compared to how much they are new!!!
They're like $1300 new for the smallest one they make! List for $1700!
I think I'd buy the electric motor and a controller, use a cheap fertilizer spreader and just make my own. That way you have the cab controls, and a brush style motor that can change speed.
