The motor is stuck to the point that it has been soaking for what, 3 months? Yet, your hoping it will start..... your hopeful.
It's not gonna run bud. I suggest if you want to rebuild that engine, you don't even attempt to start it. Good way to score a cylinder and lock it back up.... if the cylinders are any good anyway. If you can get it to turn, then take it apart.... don't try starting it please.
